    Does your laptop get hot, or even worse, shut off randomly? Here are some tips; 
    • raise it off the desk
    • don't set it on a soft surface such as a pillow
    • ask your tech person to blow the dust off the fans
    There are laptop coolers available but I use a few wooden blocks. It's not fancy but it gets the job done.
